Test Sieves are very precise instruments used for Quality Control every day and sieving remains a very cost effective method of measuring particles, producing consistent, repeatable results and analysis. New Laser-Etched Test Sieves
Gallay is pleased to announce since W.S Tyler's improvement to laser etching ASTM Sieves in 2012, they are now expanding their laser etched marking to metric (ISO) test sieves to improve functionality and usability. Since early 1900s, the Sieve Shaker has provided precise sieving results. Gallay offers a range of sieve shakers, based on sieve stack amounts, and diameter. Available in 110v or 220v power options, customers have the ability to purchase a sieve shaker that is most suitable for their situation. Models feature quiet operation, minimal maintenance, fine/ coarse analysis control settings and electromagnetic drive.
New Zealand customers use test sieves in the mineral exploration & mining industries to measure and grade the quality of materials being produced. W.S. Tyler test sieves each come with a certificate of compliance which allows our customers to guarantee the grades of materials they are producing and selling to the end users. For example, a customer may require a material particle size range of 90% between 200 and 300 microns and 10% no smaller than 100 microns. This can be guaranteed through batch testing using the relevant test sieve sizes in a stack combined with a test sieve shaker.
