Gallay Getting Behind Red Apple Day - Bowel Cancer New Zealand
Gallay will be ‘getting behind’ Red Apple Day this year on Wednesday 20th June, supporting Bowel Cancer New Zealand, a community funded charity.
More than 3,000 people are diagnosed with bowel cancer each year with more than 1,200 will die from the disease.
Despite being New Zealand’s second deadliest cancer, Bowel cancer is one of the most preventable, treatable & beatable forms of cancer if detected early, being curable in more than 75% of cases.
Gallay will be creating awareness for this disease and helping to support the vital work of Bowel Cancer New Zealand.
Fundraising ensures that they can continue to assist those affected with access to quality treatment, support and the best care possible to ensure living beyond bowel cancer. Gallay staff will be collectively fundraising through creative photography whilst crunching on apples.
