Gallay Medical & Scientific NZ P/L is a part of the Gallay Medical and Scientific P/L group with offices throughout New Zealand and Australia.

It was founded in 1965 under the name as Scientific and Laboratory Supply Co. in Melbourne Australia and it was the first to market fully Automatic laboratory washers/ disinfectors from Gallay in Switzerland for the Medical and Scientific Markets in Australia. With a name change to Gallay Medial and Scientific, today the company has offices and warehousing in Auckland, Christchurch, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with agents based in Adelaide and Perth. Gallay has an expanded range of high quality medical and scientific equipment with sales and service centers in New Zealand, Australia and Asian Region.

In partnership with agents, Gallay has built up a reputation of supplying quality products backed by excellent service response and expertise. This support area of the business is also complemented by the effort to continually educate and train the end users on current best practice in their field of operation.

The Company’s expansion has been founded on new and innovative products in the Healthcare and Scientific Markets. The high quality of the products and the company drive to provide fast and efficient sales/ service support has seen the installation of Gallay products throughout Australia, New Zealand and into South East Asia.

Infection Control within the healthcare sector has needed to comply with higher standards and guidelines over the past decade. Gallay has been at the forefront of that change providing equipment that gives the end user surety of disinfection and sterilization processes.
